Working with The Colville Estate, Capella Estates obtained planning consent for a comprehensive refurbishment of an existing 1920s "Arts and Crafts" style building to provide 10,500 sq ft of modern, high quality office space.

The project involved the creation of a new entrance area for the building, a reconfigured core and the addition of two upper floors.
