Delivering superior quality, enhancing returns
Capella Estates specialises in the redevelopment, refurbishment and asset management of commercial properties in Central London and across the UK. Our track record of enhancing returns encompasses office, industrial, leisure and mixed-use projects that have been financed independently or as joint ventures.
Whether it is development or strategic asset management, partnership is at the core of our approach and we would be pleased to discuss the potential for working with you.
Capella was established in 2007 and is run by Martin Steele and Nona Atoyan.
