Major refurbishment of a 1930s office property to provide 28,000 sq ft of accommodation over lower ground, ground and five upper floors.  The scheme was fully let at practical completion and sold to ING Real Estate for around £22m.
 
The project was carried out in a joint venture with GE Real Estate Finance.
