Our Team completed the refurbishment of 51 Eastcheap in June 2019. This project involved a comprehensive refurbishment of the entire building including a strip back to concrete shell, installation of new M&E services, and the infill of circa 50% of the atrium. Those efforts have produced 89,459 sq.ft. of Grade A office accommodation which has been occupied by WeWork in its entirety.
